It’s Veterans Day and to honor the men and women who have served in the United States military, many businesses are offering freebies and discount to say “thank you.” 

From a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast to a decadent dessert, here’s a list of restaurants in the Southern Tier offering Veterans Day giveaways and deals to veterans and active duty military.

– Chili’s Grill & Bar 

Veterans and active military can enjoy a free entree from a select menu at all Chili’s restaurants. Available in restaurant only. 

– Cracker Barrel Old Country Store 

Veterans can finish off their dinner at Cracker Barrel with a free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake, with purchase, in-store and online with promo code VETSDAY21.

– Denny’s

From 5 a.m. until noon, all veterans and active military can feast on a free Build Your Own Grand Slam at Denny’s. The offer is dine-in only and with a valid military ID or DD 214.

– Dunkin’ Donuts

All veterans and active military members will receive a free donut of their choice on at all Dunkin’ Donuts.

– Friendly’s

Friendly’s is serving up free All-American burgers, fries and a drink for lunch or dinner for veterans and active military members. 

– IHOP 

From 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Veterans Day, IHOP will be flipping free Red, White & Blueberry Pancakes for veterans and active members of the military.

– Outback Steakhouse 

Veterans and active military members will be treated to a free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola at Outback Steakhouse.

– Pilot Flying J 

All veterans and active military can enjoy a free meal at any one of Pilot’s travel centers. Pilot is also teaming up with Call of Duty Endowment on an in-store round-up campaign to help veterans find careers after the military.

– Red Lobster 

To thank them for serving, Red Lobster is giving veterans, active military and reservists a free appetizer or dessert from a special menu. Offer good for dine-in only. 

– Red Robin 

Veterans and active military can fill themselves with a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger with Bottomless Fries when they sign up as a Royalty Military member at Red Robin anytime between now and Nov. 14.

– TA Travel Centers of America 

Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free meal on Veterans Day at participating Travel Centers and Petro restaurants. Travel Centers also honors veterans with “Fallen Soldier Tables” displays, a single place setting at an empty table to remember the sacrifices of those who lost their lives serving. 

– TGI Friday’s
