Netflix and …. whatever
I love Netflix .. It has replaced cable for me. Movies, old tv shows, documentaries, concerts, it has it all. I never even thought about getting it, until Marvel started producing their shows like Daredevil and The Punisher. As a huge comic book fan, I had to watch them.
I just came across some interesting new statistics released by Netflix:
– Subscribers streamed an average of 60 movies in 2017; I guess I’m above average …
– January 1st was the most popular day for Netflix binge-watching in 2017 .. I wonder why? LOl …
– Netflix subscribers watched 140 million hours of programming per day (an average of 1 billion hours per week)
– One Netflix subscriber set a record for the most re-watches by streaming “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” 365 times in 2017
– “American Vandal” was the “Most Devoured” Netflix show of the year (it was watched more than two hours per day on average)
– “Stranger Things” topped the Netflix list of “Shows That Brought Us Together” in 2017
