National Donut Day! Krispy Kreme and Dunkin’ Have Deals . . . So Does Taco Bell?

Happy National Donut Day, everyone!  It’s always the first Friday in June.  The Salvation Army started it in 1938 to honor their “Donut Lassies.”  They handed out donuts to soldiers during World War One.

As always, a lot of donut places have deals today.  That includes the two biggest ones, Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme.  And one more national chain you probably DON’T associate with donuts also has a deal.

1.  Krispy Kreme is offering one free donut to everyone today, no purchase necessary.  Just stop in, and you can get one.

2.  Dunkin’ is giving out one free donut if you buy a drink.

3.  Duck Donuts is giving out free cinnamon sugar donuts, no purchase necessary.  (A few more regional chains also have deals.)

4.  And finally, Taco Bell has a Donut Day deal.  (???)  If you order through any of the big delivery apps and spend $20, they’ll throw in a two-pack of their Cinnabon Delights.  Add them to your cart before you pay.
