Who doesn’t love dogs? Well I guess there are some people who don’t. Maybe your more of a cat person, or maybe you don’t care about having a furry family member .. But there are so many great reason to have one, or two like I do. Yes, my house is ruled by two awesome Chows, Yeti and Koda (in the above picture), and besides being great company, they are good for my health.

A study from Uppsala University in Sweden found that having a dog reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, other health problems, and even helps you live longer – especially those living alone.  The study found that single dog owners are 33% less likely to die than people who don’t own dogs.

So if you have ever thought about getting a pup, here is a healthy reason to do it …
