Cider, donuts, bounce houses, and of course – CANDY! What more could a kid want? And did we mention – it’s all free. New Life Ministries in Endicott is once again hosting their annual Trunk of Treats – Saturday, October 24th. Families from across the Southern Tier can expect all these goodies and more at this 7th Annual event . This free , family-friendly event will feature dozens of decorated trunks filled with candy, bounce houses, an inflatable obstacle course, games, face painting, a Princess Meet & Greet, and more. Guests can enjoy complimentary donuts, popcorn, cider, coffee, and water . Last year’s Trunk of Treats welcomed nearly 2,000 people , which is why they’ve extended the event to 3 hours of fun. Lead Pastor Joe Wickman says, “ My favorite part of Trunk of Treats is meeting our community. Getting to put smiles on the faces of families and making connections is what it’s all about. We hope that welcoming them to this event will help people feel welcome at New Life.” Trunk of Treats is New Life’s largest outreach event and aims to enrich the Endicott community with safe, family-friendly fun while raising awareness of the church’s year-round programs and services. The event is rain or shine but will close in cases of inclement weather.
