Late Night Snacks That Boost Metabolism

Late night snacking isn’t recommended if you are trying to lose or maintain your weight. But there are three foods that may give you a pass. If you absolutely must snack late, here are three choices nutritionists are alright with because they boost your metabolism:

  • An apple with peanut butter and cinnamon
  • String cheese, hummus and sliced veggies
  • Greek yogurt with nuts
